American Tracking Services, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Deus Reliability platform, an industrial inspection and turnaround management application. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information about users of our platform, including information collected in connection with SMS operational notifications delivered through our SULLI field operations assistant.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: Name, email address, job title, and role provided during account creation.
• Mobile phone number: Optionally provided by users in the My Settings page for the purpose of receiving SMS operational alerts.
• Usage data: Actions taken within the platform, including package status updates, inspection submissions, and voice interactions with SULLI.
• Device and session data: Browser type, IP address, and session identifiers used for authentication and security.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver operational SMS notifications regarding package status, blocked items, shift briefings, and inspection updates.
• To authenticate users and maintain secure sessions.
• To support turnaround project management workflows for authorized personnel.
• To improve the platform and SULLI's operational capabilities.

4. SMS Messaging

Users who provide a mobile phone number and enable SMS alerts in My Settings will receive operational text messages from American Tracking Services, LLC via the number (337) 429-1012. These messages include package status alerts, shift briefings, and direct communications from the SULLI field operations AI assistant.

Opt-in: SMS consent is obtained when a user adds their phone number and checks the "Enable SMS alerts" box in the platform's My Settings page. Only registered employees and contractors with active accounts may opt in.

Opt-out: Users may opt out at any time by unchecking the "Enable SMS alerts" box in My Settings, or by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, no further messages will be sent.

Message frequency: Varies based on project activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties. We may share information with the following categories of service providers solely to operate the platform:

• Twilio, Inc.: SMS and voice delivery infrastructure.
• Vapi AI: Voice AI infrastructure for SULLI outbound calling.
• Cloud infrastructure providers: Hosting, database, and file storage services.

All service providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information for the duration of your active account. Phone numbers and SMS preferences are deleted upon account closure or upon written request. Message logs are retained for up to 90 days for operational audit purposes.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed credentials, and role-based access controls. Access to the platform is restricted to authorized personnel only.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the address below. Requests will be processed within 30 days.
