1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Deus Reliability platform operated by American Tracking Services, LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including field inspectors, project managers, administrators, and client contacts.

2. Platform Description

The Deus Reliability platform is an industrial inspection and turnaround management system designed for use by authorized personnel of American Tracking Services, LLC and its clients. The platform includes project tracking, inspection workflows, QA review, reporting, and the SULLI field operations AI assistant.

3. Authorized Use

Access is restricted to authorized employees, contractors, and client representatives with valid account credentials. You agree to:

• Use the platform solely for legitimate operational and project management purposes.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Report any unauthorized access or security concerns to the platform administrator immediately.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's operation.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and enabling SMS alerts in My Settings, you consent to receive operational text messages from American Tracking Services, LLC via (337) 429-1012. These messages include:

• Package status alerts (blocked, completed, in-progress transitions)
• Shift briefings and daily operational summaries
• Direct communications from the SULLI field operations AI assistant
• Inspection submission and QA review notifications

Message frequency: Varies based on project activity. You may receive multiple messages per day during active turnarounds.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message, or uncheck "Enable SMS alerts" in My Settings. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

5. Data and Confidentiality

All project data, inspection records, and operational information entered into the platform is the property of the respective client or American Tracking Services, LLC. Users agree to treat all platform data as confidential and not to disclose it to unauthorized parties.

6. AI Assistant (SULLI)

The SULLI field operations assistant uses artificial intelligence to provide operational summaries, answer questions, send messages, and initiate outbound calls on behalf of authorized users. SULLI's responses are informational and do not constitute professional engineering, safety, or legal advice. Users are responsible for verifying critical information through appropriate channels before acting on it.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is." American Tracking Services, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana.
